On the latest episode of the New Heights Show with Jason Kelce and Travis Kelce, Travis recounted his trip to Las Vegas with Taylor Swift for Patrick Mahomes’ charity golf event and gala. The weekend was blemished by one very painful moment that Taylor won’t be quick to forget.
The power couple made headlines at Patrick and Brittany Mahomes’ fundraising gala for the 15 and the Mahomies Foundation on Saturday, when Kelce unexpectedly took the stage to auction off four tickets to Swift’s Eras Tour. The donation raised a remarkable $80,000 for charity.
Most of the trip was “an absolute blast,” according to the highest-paid tight end in the NFL. His girlfriend Swift joined him in a return to Las Vegas, where the 34-year-old won his third Super Bowl ring as the Chiefs beat the San Francisco 49ers in February.
I don’t lose in Vegas,” Kelce said, highlighting the golf portion of the event, where he earned the first-place trophy that turned out to be the cause of his demise at the charity event.
Kelce’s painful moment went viral and made it to the podcast. His failure to chug a celebratory beer out of the glass award prompted jokes from social media and his big brother on air.
