Teddi Mellencamp’s estranged husband Edwin Arroyave and their children visited the star shortly before she underwent emergency surgery after doctors found tumors on her brain.

The RHOBH star, 43, and Arroyave, 47, announced their split late last year in November after 13 years of marriage and welcoming three children: Slate, 12, Cruz, 10, and Dove, four.
