It’s no secret Mrs. Claus’ real name is Donna Kelce.
Mother of the Chiefs’ Travis Kelce and the Eagles’ Jason Kelce, Momma Kelce is just as beloved as her sons. This holiday season, she’s taking her duties even further by bringing her homemade cookies to fans in Kansas City and Philadelphia. She notably gave them to Travis and Jason before they played against each other in Super Bowl 57.
She won’t be handing them out herself, unfortunately, like she did ahead of the Super Bowl when Travis and Jason faced off for the first time.
Both teams play at home on Christmas Day: the Chiefs at 1 p.m. ET against the Raiders and the Eagles at 4:30 p.m. ET versus the Giants, and fans attending those games will get a special gift: The culinary teams at Arrowhead Stadium and Lincoln Financial Field will be preparing and selling cookies using Kelce’s recipe
Proceeds will go to Operation Breakthrough in Kansas City and the Eagles Autism Foundation in Philadelphia. Aramark, the food provider for the Chiefs and Eagles, will match each donation.
“In this season of giving, it means so much to raise money for two great charities through an old-fashioned bake sale. My chocolate chip cookies have been a staple in our house for a long time, so it’s very special to share the recipe that my sons love with fans during the holidays,” Donna Kelce said in a release.
