A disturbing new video of Justin Bieber performing a bizarre rap about getting high has sparked concern among his fans.

The Baby hitmaker, 30, was seen shirtless next to a pal on board of a plane in the video, shared to his Instagram on Tuesday, as he performed a strange rhyme while holding a bag of chips.
